What are your Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedule?

All orders are processed 24-48 hours after they are placed. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

All retail orders are shipped via US Postal Service, unless otherwise selected. Rates are determined by order quantities and weight.

All wholesale and selected retail orders being sent via UPS depend upon the method and option you choose. Please note that the shipping rates are based on weight and destination.

How do I Return or Exchange an item?
If you encounter any complications or defects with your product please contact customer service within 10 business days and we will assist you in either returning or exchanging your merchandise. If merchandise is non-compatible with your cellular or electronics device simply contact customer service for further instructions.
