What Are Your Shipping Charges & Delivery Schedule?

Orders received by Fun Friends are normally processed within 24-48 hours.  Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

 

Items are shipped via the US Postal Service unless you indicate otherwise.  Shipping price is based on item weight.

 

Wholesale products are shipped via UPS unless you indicate otherwise.  Shipping price is based on item weight.

What If I Need to Return a Purchased Item?

If you need to return your Fun Friend due to manufacturer defect or other reasons such as incompatability with your cell phone, please contact us within 10 business days of your purchase.
